*GADO-GADO.

This kind of is so unique, Gado-gado is one food that originated from Indonesia in the form of vegetables are boiled and blended into one, with a seasoning or sauce of crushed peanuts with sliced egg and fried onions sprinkled on top and a few chips fried crackers are also some that use prawn  crackers. Type of this food is like Salad in western food, we can eat this vegetables only mix with peanuts sauce, but Indonesian people usually they eat also mix with rice or lontong. Materials of gado-gado is kale, potatoes, green beans, cabbage, tauge, carrot ,  egg, cucumber, melinjo chips, crackers. Peanut sauce, ehhm yuumy, you have to try this.

*NASI GORENG

This is special fried rice from Indonesia, fried rice almost in Asia country they have fried rice, Nasi goreng is one popular food from Indonesia. This is one of National Indonesian food. The in the form of rice and stir fried in cooking oil or margarine, typically plus soy sauce, onion garlic, tamarind, pepper and other spices, such as eggs, chicken, and crackers. They are also other types of fried rice. Made with salted fish is also popular in Indonesia.

Sambal is sauce were prepared from crush chili so get out the water content and usually plus others ingredients such as salt, vinegar and condiment.
